After crossing the ski slope, sled down via Tschungeli to Rigi Klösterli. The mostly forested slope is great fun for every tobogganing enthusiast. From Rigi Klösterli, sports shuttle trains bring the sledders back to the start.
No prior experience is required for tobogganing, but consideration, quick reaction, good judgment, and good footwear are important for everyone's safety.
Notes
- Dogs are not allowed on the toboggan runs.
- So future generations can also enjoy the Queen of the Mountains, please dispose of your waste at the Rigi railway stations. Thank you.

Good winter equipment: weather-appropriate clothing, hiking boots with good grip, gloves, helmet. Right next to the Rigi Kulm mountain station is the Rigi Kulm rental center where sleds can be rented.

Vitznau: A4 exit Küssnacht am Rigi, follow signs to Vitznau
Goldau: A4 exit Goldau, follow signs to the A4 parking lot of RIGI BAHNEN AG
Paid parking spaces are available at the Rigi railway stations in Vitznau and Goldau A4. However, we recommend public transport instead of the car: sit back, enjoy, and do something good for the environment.
Rigi Staffel, the starting point of the toboggan run, is easily accessible via cogwheel railway from Vitznau or Goldau.
Additional information
For the sake of the wild animals: in winter, wild animals need quiet retreat areas to survive. Please stay on the toboggan runs so the wildlife is not disturbed.
