Action is guaranteed on this toboggan run. The route from Rigi Kulm via Schwändi starts at the very end of the Rigi Railway tracks and leads from Rigi Kulm past the Chäserenholz alpine farm to Schwändi and down to Rigi Klösterli. From Klösterli, sports shuttle trains take sledgers back to the start on Rigi Kulm.
No previous sledging experience is required, but consideration, quick reactions, good judgment and good footwear are important for everyone's safety.

- Dogs are not allowed on the toboggan runs.

Good winter equipment: clothing suitable for the weather, hiking boots with a good profile, gloves, helmet. The Rigi Kulm rental center is located right next to the Rigi Kulm mountain station, where sledges can be hired.

Vitznau: A4 exit Küssnacht am Rigi, follow the signs to Vitznau
Goldau: A4 exit Goldau, follow the signs to the RIGI BAHNEN AG parking lot A4
Paid parking spaces are available at the Rigi Railways stations in Vitznau and Goldau A4. However, we recommend public transport instead of a car: sit back, enjoy and do something good for the environment.
Rigi Kulm, the starting point of the toboggan run, is easily accessible via Vitznau or Goldau on the cogwheel railroad.
Additional information
For the sake of wild animals: In winter, wild animals need quiet retreats in order to survive. Please stay on the toboggan run so that the wild animals are not disturbed.
