Singing and painting week on the Rigi - with Regula Berger & Theo Furrer

Singing opens the soul and mind and makes the body vibrate in a healthy way. Singing has been proven to promote physical and mental health and social competence.
Everyone can sound and sing, everyone is born from musical and cosmic forces and can tap into healing, organizing and invigorating powers by means of exercises from the school of voice development according to Valborg Werbeck-Svärdström. The natural breathing constitution is the basis for a non-violent approach to the body, breath and voice (inhaler/ exhaler constitution according to Dr. Charlotte Hagena/ Erich Wilk/ Brigitta Seidler-Winkler, Valborg Werbeck Svärdström). Meditative painting - alternating in small groups - complements this wonderfully!
No artistic prerequisites are necessary for painting. We paint "wet on wet" with watercolors freely according to the colors/ virtues of the day - according to the Bulgarian wisdom teacher Peter Dunov. Painting leads outwards, music leads inwards.
