For centuries, drumming has been used during healing ceremonies and rituals in various primal cultures. Scientific research shows that simply pulsing a drum harmonizes our vagus nerve, calms the heartbeat and leads our mind into a state of relaxation. A regenerative state is created in which our self-healing powers are activated and our perception expands.
You will learn how to drum in a group, how to keep a steady rhythm and how to use your drum in a deeper way in your personal healing work. An important part of the daily program is the various meditations in the room and by the water.
Through gentle yoga, targeted breathing exercises, a vegetarian diet and set periods of silence, we cleanse our body and mind and make ourselves receptive to the intuitive knowledge that lies dormant within us.
