On snowshoes, you will quickly immerse all your senses in the winter magic of the Rigi. Pristine snow landscapes invite you for discovery routes in Yeti style. A few meters off the often frequented paths, you will soon have the Rigi all to yourself.
Signposted snowshoe trails accompany beginners and inexperienced people through the alpine snowy landscape. From the starting point Rigi Kulm, the beautiful trail leads into the Chäserenholz area.
Snowshoeing requires no special technical skills and can be done by anyone, even on the prepared winter hiking paths.
You can rent the necessary equipment at the Rigi Kulm rental center as well as at the Rigi sport kiosk on Rigi Kaltbad.
Notes
The current operating status of the railways and hiking trails can be found here.
So that future generations can also enjoy the Queen of the Mountains, please dispose of your waste at the stations of the Rigi railways. Thank you.
