Vitznau Kurpark

The beautiful spa gardens are located next to the boat station. The well-kept park enchants with plenty of green space, colorful flowers and shady trees. The passing steamboats and the mountain panorama form the perfect backdrop.Concerts and performances take place regularly in the pavilion. Sunset

When the sun slowly sets on the horizon and bathes the lake and the sky in red colors, the Kurpark is particularly beautiful. Treat yourself to a drink from the small bistro and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets on Lake Lucerne.

Boat station

The boat timetable can be found at www.lakelucerne.ch. Tickets are sold directly on the boat or at the Vitznau Service Center.

Bus station

Buses run every half hour in the direction of Brunnen and Küssnacht am Rigi from early in the morning until late at night. At weekends, night services are available until 3 am. Timetable: www.sbb.ch.

Rigi Railway

The cogwheel railroad runs hourly from Vitznau to the Rigi. Further information: www.rigi.ch.

Vitznau Service Center with souvenir shop

The Vitznau Service Center, right next to the Rigi Railway station, combines ticket sales, store and tourist information. It offers souvenirs and a selection of drinks and snacks for those with a small appetite on the way. Information about the Rigi region and tickets can be obtained at the counter.
