The deep wave

Franziska Amstad is an artist from Goldau. In her work “The deep Wave,” she explores the geological origins of the Nagelfluh. Layer by layer, fossilized river gravel of the ancient river Reuss is brought to life as a wave.

Franziska Amstad works daily in the open studio and is the initiator of this multifaceted project.

The works created in her open studio gradually fill the Bergwerk Rigi exhibition space.
