Start your visit to Heidegg with the animated tower cellar stories in the 800-year-old cellar. In the living rooms, you can listen to the "Heidegg Home Story", funny and informative stories from the life of the last family to own the castle. The rich furnishings and authentically reconstructed curtains give the rooms back the charm of earlier centuries. Younger guests can look forward to the iconic dream castle with marble run in the spacious attic and there is plenty for young and old to discover and do on all floors.

Events, concerts, weddings and conferences are just as possible at Heidegg Castle as quietly immersing yourself in the splendor of the colors and scents of the exemplary redesigned rose garden. Enjoy a glass of wine from our own vineyard and celebrate life at Heidegg. Whether at your own personal party or one of the many events in and around the castle.

The ideal hiking stop
There is hardly a path in the Lucerne Seetal, whether for pedestrians, cyclists or e-bikers, that does not lead to Heidegg Castle. These include the new Seetal Wine Trail, the Seetal Heart Loop, the Seetal Chapel Trail and many more. Visit the museum during opening hours and enjoy refreshments in the café. When the weather is fine, the Buvette on the Schlossplatz is open on Sundays.

It is only a stone's throw from Herzschlaufe Seetal to Heidegg Castle. Take a cultural break here. The castle is also an ideal photo spot.

Information
The castle is open from April to the end of October, Tuesdays to Fridays from 13:30 to 17:00 and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 17:00. The rose garden is open daily from 08.00 to 20.00. Admission prices can be found on the castle's website.
