The saxophone orchestra AKLANG under the direction of Norbert Stahel invites the audience to a musical treat. In the new programme, lively melodies whisk the audience away to highlights of of old jazz, pop and blues, samba, swing, rock, tango and evergreens. A varied musical experience spoils the ears and hearts of people who love that very special saxophone groove.
The A-Klang Saxophone Orchestra Lucerne has been playing together for over 20 years. Up to 14 saxophonists take to the stage, playing in all tones and registers. They can be seen with bass, baritone, tenor and alto as well as soprano and sopranino - a wealth of sound colors, bound into a magnificent musical bouquet.
