Conveying joy and having fun making music is the declared aim of the quartet and their singer. By omitting the drums, a special, pleasant sound is created for jazz, which is reminiscent of Django Reinhardt's Quintette du Hot Club de France. The use of the C clarinet and the C melody tenor saxophone, which is extremely rarely played today, is also unusual. The repertoire includes compositions from the old jazz era, but also bossa nova and samba.
