Ecopsychology - with Elena Lustenberger

We humans are deeply connected to our environment and part of Mother Earth.
Ecopsychology explores these mutual relationships. Ecology meets psychology, inner world meets outer world and vice versa. This is where things get really lively and interesting. There is theory and lots of practice. We are often outside and get to know various ecopsychological tools such as the threshold walk, nature meditation, rituals from deep ecology, wild plants, the annual wheel and gajamanty.
