Inspiration

**The area around Mount Rigi is commonly known as the cherry and chestnut region. The atmospheric moods of the lake and mountains are as seductive, warm and versatile as the local cuisine.**

Holiday Resorts
---------------

The three municipalities of Greppen, Weggis and Vitznau form the Lucerne Riviera. Thanks to their sheltered location at the southern foot of the Rigi and on the shores of Lake Lucerne, the villages enjoy an exceptionally mild climate.
