Trib alp dairy on the Rigi

On Alp Trib, the Annen family handcrafts tastiest alp cheese from tangy Rigi milk. The taste of the cow's milk and the cheese made from it varies according to the characteristics of the alp meadows. During the summer you can buy the tangy Rigi cheese on the alp itself.

The Trib alp dairy can be reached by taking the Rigi Railway from Goldau. You alight at Rigi Klösterli then walk in a north-easterly direction to Alp Trib, which should take you 20 – 30 minutes.
