The Hotel Rössli has a new chef. Matthias Gäth, 37, has been swinging the scepter in the Rössli’s kitchen since March 2019 and arranges carefully and creatively composed dishes on the Rössli plates. These novel dishes are for vegans but also for meat lovers.
