Head chef Freddy Zimmermann and his team run two restaurants at the Hotel Friedheim, both of which – Brönni and Blatti-Stube – serve great-tasting fresh, regional fare.
The Brönni occupies what was once an eau-de-vie distillery. The welcoming atmosphere and bright interior invite you to spend the evening here in comfort with family and friends, while the large panoramic windows provide wonderful views of Lake Lucerne.
Equally inviting is the Blatti-Stube in the former stables, which boasts rustic charm and a refined ambience paired with first-class cuisine – truly a feast for all senses.
