This walk takes you up to the magnificent lookout «Rigiblick» above Weggis.
From the village square follow the Rigiblickstrasse uphill for about 30 minutes to get to the lookout. You will be rewarded with magnificent views. There's a short loop around Rigiblick you can do. Enjoy a barbecue on the Rigiblick whilst taking in the panoramic view of the lake and the alps.

Directions
From the boat station you go to the village square and walk uphill the Rigiblickstrasse (between schoolhouse and church). Higher up the road turns left (direction Kurhaus St. Otmar). After the last building on the right (at the parking) the path leads to the edge of the forrest and through the forrest to the lookout. You will find a barbecue area there. Continue along the loop walk until you get to the edge of the forest above the parking. Now turn left, passing the lawn, until you get to the hiking trail, passing the stables, as far as the small stream. Now turn left, cross the roundabout and follow the Luzernerstrasse passing the Neubühl supermarket. Bevore the Hotel Alpenblick you turn right into Parkstrasse and a bit futher on through the small park down to the lake and on to the boat station.
