Rigi Kaltbad - Känzeli vista point - Rigi Kaltbad
An easy, panoramic hiking trail awaits you, which is also suitable for pram or wheelchair users.
Visit the charming rock chapel at the starting point of this easy walk.
The Kaltbad spring, which attracted tourists as early as the 16th century, flows out of a crevice. It was the first and spartan form of wellness offer, which today developed in the modern mineral bath and spa of star architect Mario Botta. The flat path leads through secluded forest areas, past interesting rock formations, to the magnificent Kaenzeli vista point. There you have a fantastic panoramic view of the Kreuztrichter of Lake Lucerne, Lucerne city and the crowning panorama of the Alps. In 1868 Queen Victoria of England visited this place and wrote her enthusiasm in her diary.
