The yoga lessons are suitable for beginners, advanced learners and all those who enjoy physical motion. Ben practices a mixture of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and QiGong. Exercises of fascial training or zazen-meditation, contribute to an exciting program.
Ben has a certificate by the American Yoga Alliance and learned with different Zen Masters as Paul Haller (USA) and Shodo Harada Roshi (Japan). He is Master of Arts in philosophy and publishes literature in prose and poetry.
