In the renovated and energy-saving Minergie house, you will find a lovingly furnished holiday flat with a large terrace and a spectacular view of the lake, surrounded by greenery. The furnishings are of high quality and well-maintained. On the terrace, comfortable chairs around a small dining table and two wooden loungers invite you to spend time outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and other useful electrical appliances. Palm trees and large deciduous trees grow in our natural south-facing garden, and the well-insulated house is pleasantly cool even in hot weather. The quiet neighbourhood of Unterwilen is situated on the lake and has its own bathing area, the public beach with a large barbecue is next door. The water is crystal clear and has a pleasant bathing temperature of 22-24 degrees in summer. From the house down to the lake and the bus stop you walk about 3 minutes. 

You will have to walk up a few steps through the garden from the private parking space with e-charging station in front of the house to get to your flat. In exceptional cases you might meet our friendly dog Bootsmann - the namesake of the house.
